Cabinet approves enactment of Bill on communal violence

The Communal Violence (Prevention, Control and Rehabilitation of Victims) Bill will seek to envisage prevention of communal violence, ensure speedy investigation and dispensation of justice and impose enhanced punishment on the persons involved in such offences, Parliamentary Affairs Minister P R Dasmunshi told reporters
